about us

I would have loved tou dearly, honey.

As a matter of fact, I did loved you
but you just took me for granted,
made a terrible mistake
(a sort of misunderstood)
gave up the two of us
just like that…

I have to tell you again
you would have loved me
you could have permitted yourself a little bit of crazyness
but instead
you just gave up
turned the page so easily
and left me so helpless
- so helpless -

I’m still lost, babe

Denise,
What a pity! ...Turned the page so easily...

Lord, isso mesmo - so easy, so sad...

Adelino, mas de quem iria ser, rapaz! Só pode ser meu se está aqui! Ou então daria o crédito, claro.

Nossa, amei!
Parece que você escreveu pra mim, pro meu momento...
Obrigada!

Adelino

PS - A AnnaSimplesAssim citou o Caetano.

you know, I love your poems. Portuguese, English, whtever - hahahahha. This one reminded me a poem of my own:
I HAVE ALREADY TOLD YOU!
Yes, dear, I have already told you
I can love you without knowing limits!
I can be the comfort for your doubts
the warm place
the safe shoulder.
Yes, I can lead you to peace
and please you to ecstacy
I can be the mother of your sons
the wife of your dreams
the perfect companion
the right woman.
I can guide you through darkness
I can make you smile a million times
I can dry all of your tears
all of your fears.
Yes! I have already told you
I can be your angel
your bitch
your muse
your question
and your so wished answer
for your prayer
for your hopes.
I can be your sex machine
your gentle mistress
your respected woman
your femme fatale
your sweet lady
I can be predictable
or your daily sweet surprise
I can quench your thirst
feed you
keep you happy
full of energy
alive
sensible
creative.
I can make you feel free
I can make you feel complete
in love
important
special
wanted and
I can make you my priority
I can teach you
I can listen to you

I can learn from you

Yes!

I can love you without knowing limits as
I have already told you!
And as I have already told you

Yes!

I can change my mind.

PATRÍCIA EVANS

I am going to post your poem on my blog if you don't mind.
Anyway, I have this page with translations... www.patriciaevans.cjb.net and would love you to take a look. De, I'm blonde, and I have no idea about how to send u a message if not posting a comment here. What is your email address? Also, my orkut is "Patricia Evans" if u r there, add me, k? Gimme your email address for I'd like u to be one of the moderators of my blog...
I have no idea about the reason I'm writing in English, but maybe it's because your brilliant poem is in English and maybe because my F**** ex future husband is a damn north american guy and this poem has to do with what I'm going through. It was not meant to be a snob thing...
Write meeeeeeeeeee!
